We are delighted to announce that Involvement Ltd in partnership with Metalscatola Spa have acquired Falco Packaging Ltd (Company No. 14792364).
As part of this exciting development, the business has been rebranded as Invo Metal Ltd.

This acquisition is significant for our Invopak division, which supplies packaging containers to businesses throughout the UK.
Invo Metal combines Metalscatola’s 60 years of manufacturing and printing expertise with Invopak’s commitment to delivering a world-class customer experience. This partnership has been made to bring outstanding quality and supply chain security to metal packaging in the UK.
What this means for customers.
Our existing range of rectangle tins and lever lids will continue to be made at our UK production site, with plans under way for additional investment and new production lines.
As a result of our combined expertise, customers will also benefit from:
- Incredible print capabilities. Metalscatola will be printing all plate in their state-of-the-art facility, with 6 print lines enabling infinite colour options.
- Increased lacquer options. We now have access to more lacquer options, including?BPA free, phthalate and phthalate free/food grade, all compliant with EU regulations.
- Supply chain sovereignty. We are investing in large quantities of tinplate coil sourced from the EU, minimising supply instability and price fluctuations.
