We started our handbook to guide us all through the processes we agreed to adopt in order to improve our service to customers.
As we’ve grown it’s developed into our most powerful tool and the most important document in our company – even more important than our contracts of employment. It forms the basis of the decisions that we make and sets out how we recruit, develop and manage our teams.
We say to everyone…..”take a Leap of Faith”. When we started we didn’t know how to do what we’ve done, yet look at what we’ve achieved! We’ve learnt as we’ve gone along and improved through practice. The odds of success are never 100% but the most important step we took was simply beginning. And writing it all down.
