The four main personality types / behaviours we would like to introduce are; driver, expressive, amiable and analytical. This section and the next one explains what the traits for each personality type and behaviour are and what to look out for.

They walk quickly and show authority by commanding the space around them.
They are not easily led.
They ask direct questions and want direct answers.
They make their own decisions.
What to watch out for:
Under pressure, drivers may lose composure and show their frustrations. They may become blunt and move from being assertive to being aggressive.
Expressives introduce themselves quickly to others, they use big gestures with broad facial expressions.
They laugh easily and like to entertain and be entertained. They like to deal with high performing people and be involved in the action.
They are energetic and outgoing.
What to watch out for:
They often talk louder and faster, they comply to keep
others happy.
Identifying Personality Types To Influence People
Amiables are shy and want you to feel at ease and comfortable.
They are supportive and nod in approval and will avoid conflict and disagreements.
They can allow things to build up without freely speaking about what is affecting them.
What to watch out for:
They want to please and accommodate people and their ideas. They are passive.
Critical by nature, they need to take time to evaluate new information before offering opinions or feedback.
They display little emotion and can be reserved.
They like to see data and have all the facts before making a decision.
What to watch out for:
May become silent, disengaged and withdrawn. Decision making can be slow.
