Effective communication is the core foundation of being a credible leader and developing a successful team.

 

As this is such a key foundation of a leader, we’ve developed the Effective Communication Process. It helps you to communicate messages effectively, by tailoring them to your audience.

 

A key concept to bear in mind here is that we are naturally selfish communicators, we think about what we want to say and what’s important to us, and we forget that others aren’t as up to speed as us or might not have the same invested interests.

 

If we don’t consider this, for the people receiving the message it can be like opening a book in the middle, you’ve missed so much of the story you’re completely lost! This process aims to prevent this from happening.
