This Christmas, we’re giving you the chance to win a fully-funded place on the Help to Grow Management Course, delivered by Salford Business School, part of the University of Salford.

What is Help to Grow?
- A government-backed program delivered by a selected consortium of leading UK chartered business schools.
- Targeted at senior SME business professionals and leaders.
- Aimed at delivering real bottom-line results by increasing productivity and optimising business processes.
- Delivered by experienced entrepreneurs, business consultants and Salford Business School’s faculty.
Eligibility requirements:
- Be part of a small to medium size business based in the UK (between 5 and 249 employees).
- Have been operational for at least 1 year.
- Be a decision-maker and/or manage people.
- Not be a charity.
- Be available 1 morning every week via video call and attend an on-campus workshop every month at Salford Business School.

Program Overview:
- 50 hours over 12 weeks – Slotted into 1 morning per week for busy schedules.
- 10 hours of one-to-one support from a mentor.
- 8 facilitated online 2-hour sessions.
- 4 practical and interactive in-person case-study workshops.
- Peer-to-peer learning sets – share ideas and best practices with other sectors.
- Holistic perspective across different business areas with tools to take away and apply.

- Create a growth plan tailored to your company.
- Identify areas to make changes with a large impact.
- Exchange best practices and ideas with other senior business leaders.
- Boost innovation within your company.
- Refresh and acquire new management skills and techniques.
