Involvement really is a life style, a way of thinking and for me a life changer!
These are the kind words of a colleague who felt moved, following a coaching session, ‘to highlight and share the positive impact working at Involvement has had on my life’.
I’ve not been sure whether to share this publicly. You can’t use one person’s feedback to make a claim for the whole organisation.
But, what the hell. For me, this is what success feels like!
So, what have I taken most to heart from that colleague’s email? Actually, it’s the bits I’m not going to share with you.
The parts where they write about how working here has made their life better outside of work.
In our Book of Involvement, MD Paul Littlehales talks about why we’ve decided it’s central to our DNA that everyone has an opportunity to access coaching, and that – although we are always happy to take on board best practise from outside – we do it in-house, our way.
He says: “We’ve had feedback from people saying that even though the focus is at work, they find themselves using it outside of work as well.”
That’s interesting. Using the things you learn at work to help balance your life. That’s Involvement.
