“A clear plan for the future…”

“A clear plan for the future with measures in place to sustain its impact.”

Not something you hear said much these days. However, this is one of the judges’ comments on shortlisting Involvement, and its brands Invopak and Invo Fulfilment, in both UK Employer of the Year and Best Culture for the Investors in People Awards 2025.

We’ve been nominated with a few other companies who have reached the top Platinum status with Investors in People.

IIP provides the peak global measure of the quality of your team and the way you run your organisation. So this is a big deal for a company that is quite small (if perfectly formed!).

Their framework centres around People, Purpose, and Performance, which nicely sums up what Involvement believes in too. They provide a framework for businesses to improve their people practices, link these to business goals and purpose, and ultimately drive performance.

Boil it all down and it means, quite simply, that our people can provide a better service to our customers.

If you asked me how we’ve made our company more successful and sustainable, our planning pyramid is the first thing I’d show you.

The pyramid sets out how we run our business for the long term.

The how and the why of all this are in our Book of Involvement, the story of what IIP’s judges call our “amazing journey”. Available to request for free here.
