We radically transformed ourselves from a traditional family firm into a performing people-first business. Involvement's History

Involvement Packaging is founded by our CEO, Arjen’s father in the Midlands.

1988 the company expands, and introduces HDPE containers to our line-up.

Acquisition of Kenyon containers, a company based in Manchester with a 70 year trading history in tinplate packaging.

Involvement Packaging Ltd acquired De La Pak, Worcestershire. The merge of De La Pak and Involvement Packaging led to the creation of the trading name Invopak.

Involvement Packaging Ltd acquires Ashtown Packaging, Dublin. Expanding its reach to Ireland. In the same year, Involvement acquires L&B Containers Ltd and opens a Glasgow depot.

Arjen Cooper-Rolfe joins the family business as CEO, following the death of his parents and brother.

Purpose and Values are introduced, this marks the start of Involvement’s cultural change.

Involvement focuses on its Customer value by launching a World Class Customer Experience campaign. This leads to the group winning multiple awards.

The Involvement Group is formed as new brands are pioneered and set up alongside Invopak. Including Invo Design & Invo Fulfilment. Additional warehouses are acquired in the Midlands and Manchester to support the group’s rapid growth.

Involvement completes its first ever Investors in People assessment, achieving the Silver accreditation.

Invopak is named Britain’s best team-led business at the Lloyds Bank Business Awards.

Involvement completes its second Investors in People accreditation, achieving Gold.

Involvement brands are refined to create a clear branded-house structure covering packaging, fulfilment and design. Packaging divisions are merged under the main brand Invopak. Invo Design is launched.
